Virtual machine CacheDrive is not detected when adding the gateway

The virtual machine CacheDrive has been added to the host environment but cannot be detected when in the Find My Gateway step in account sign up or adding an additional gateway in an existing account.

  1. Give the device time to initialize. The first time the device powers on, it needs to copy data from the boot disk provided in the virtual machine to the hard disk added during the installation process it can take up to 10 minutes to initialize depending on the system performance.
  2. Check the network settings on in the host. Make sure the device has an IP address and the network selected has access to the Internet.
