Cancelling your Subscription

To cancel your account, you will need to Contact Support. A support representative will guide you through the process of cancelling your account.

Some things to consider before cancelling your account:

  • Download all of your files from the cloud that you wish to keep. The files will not be accessible once the subscription is cancelled.
  • After downloading your files you can reduce any variable charges until you billing cycle ends by deleting all your devices.
  • You have seven days to reactivate your account. After seven days, your data will be removed from the system permanently.
  • If you have a pending balance, we will charge your payment option on the next bililng date.
