Here is how to connect to you Morro CacheDrive (Gateway) as a Windows PC user. Just follow the simple steps below -

Step 1.

Start Windows "File Explorer" from your Windows menu.

Step 2.
Find Morro Gateway in Windows File Explorer by entering the [gatewayname] (or Gateway IP address) in the address field.

Step 3.
Enter the Network Username and password to access the CacheDrive or connect as Guest (if that particular Share allows guest access).
The username is the network username and user1 with the password you created).

Optionally you can map a drive letter to a Share on Morro Gateway.

Info about your Morro Account and CacheDrive

Your Morro Gateway configuration info is available once you login to your Team Portal.

Typically you land on the Team Portal as soon as you verify the Morro Account creation invite from your Admin and create your password.

Here is an example of the Dashboard for a standard User:

Note that your Network Username is listed on the upper-right on the blue header bar. In the example below, the Network Username is "Jon". It's also know as your Morro User Account name.


You can review the Team Info on the Team Information box, including the Team name, Team Portal, Admins, and the user Groups you belong to.

There are also a list of Gateways in your team, as well as the shares.

Gateways are listed by Gateway name and the comment/description. You can directly connect to Gateways on the same network.

The share list has all the Shares that you have access to including full read-write access permission and read-only permission.
