If the VMS hardware or software is unavailable (due to damage, theft, etc.), you will still be able to view any security footage that has been successfully synced to the cloud.  Any CacheDrive in your account will be able to access this footage regardless of physical location.

Once the share containing the footage has been mapped to a Windows PC, follow the steps below:

  1. Download the Ganz CORTROL Remote Viewer:


  2. Open the Portable Player and click the Proprietary Archive Playback button.

  3. Click File -> Add Archive and select the share or mapped drive containing the footage, then click OK.  The share or mapped drive should contain the sources.SRCS.lxa file.

You should then be able to view the footage.
