When files and folders are create, deleted, or modified in a sync, the changes are immediately added to a queue to sync these changes to the cloud.

There are several ways to check the status of the upsync queue.

Mouseover the highlighted number for a device to see the upsync and downsync queue lengths:

The leftmost transfer rate gauge also shows the current transfer rate for sync shares from the device:

The expanded view for a device will show additional upsync details:

The Diagnostics page will show some queue statistics.

  1. Go to the Devices page and click on the device.
  2. In the Maintenance dropdown, select Diagnostics.
  3. Select Queue Status and click Start.
