When files and folders are create, deleted, or modified in a sync, the changes are immediately added to a queue to sync these changes to the cloud.
There are several ways to check the status of the upsync queue.
Mouseover the highlighted number for a device to see the upsync and downsync queue lengths:
The leftmost transfer rate gauge also shows the current transfer rate for sync shares from the device:
The expanded view for a device will show additional upsync details:
The Diagnostics page will show some queue statistics.
- Go to the Devices page and click on the device.
- In the Maintenance dropdown, select Diagnostics.
- Select Queue Status and click Start.
