All the files are stored permanently in the Morro Cloud Storage. With xCache technology the files are cached on the local network on and the primary storage is in the Morro Cloud Storage.


If a replacement is needed for your CacheDrive, a replacement device will be sent to you in advance. Simply install the new CacheDrive by adding it to your team portal. The CacheDrive will begin downloading any files that you request. Once you verify that the new CacheDrive is working properly and you have access to your files, delete the malfunctioning device from your account. When the CacheDrive is deleted from your account, the data files stored on the CacheDrive are removed and the CacheDrive will be reverted back to factory settings.
