Morro Data CloudNAS users may run into the issue of Adobe Acrobat saving or exporting to the .jpg format.
Adobe Acrobat / Acrobat Pro has a Protected mode that by default prevents the save-as or export-to .jpg operation to a network share. The Protected mode only affects the .jpg and does not affect the saving or exporting to .png files.
Please note that the Protected Mode is in Preview stage, and future release may works differently. We also noticed behavior on Windows 10 and Windows 11 are different. So if you encounter the issue, please try disabling "Protected Mode".
To allow save-to and export-to .jpg to a network share, perform the following in Acrobat / Acrobat Pro:
Choose Edit > Preferences.
In the Categories list on the left, select Security (Enhanced).
In the Sandbox Protections section, deselect Enable Protected Mode At Startup.
** The changes take effect the next time you start the application.
