When Should I Use Replicate Shares?


Replicate shares can be converted to Sync shares, but not vice versa.


To convert a Replicate share to a Sync share:


  1. Go to MCM.
  2. Click File System and select the share.
  3. Click the "Upgrade to Sync Share" icon.



  4. This will convert the Replicate share to a Sync share.  During the conversion process, the share will become read-only.
