Team Portal downloads are not supported when Wasabi is used as the cloud storage backend.  We recommend using the Morro Connect app in its place:

To verify that your account uses Wasabi:


  1. Go to the MCM.
  2. In the upper right corner, click on the Business Administrator email address, then select Data Plan in the dropdown.


You will see the current cloud backend listed in the Data Plan section.
