Starting with firmware version 5.1, shares accept only NTLMv2 authentication by default. Some older PCs may only support NTLMv1. To enable NTLMv1 authentication for a CacheDrive, do the following:

Go to the Morro Cloud Manager.
Go to Devices, then select your CacheDrive.
Go to Advanced and change the NTLM Authentication setting by selecting "NTLMv1 is permitted".
