The Business Administrator's account information (including login email address) can be changed in any security mode by following the instructions in this article while logged in as the Business Administrator:
How do I change account info (password, email, etc.)?
Verify that you are logged in as the Business Administrator by checking the account name in the upper right corner.
Note that the old login credentials will still be valid until the link in the verification email is clicked.
