Go to the web-based Morro Cloud Manager using your unique team URL (created during account creation ) at

 https://{your-team-name}.morrodata.com.


Reset Password for a Business Administrator Account

To reset the password for the Business Administrator account:

  1. Check the box "Login as Business Administrator"
  2. Enter the Email address in the email field.
  3. Click Forget Password?


The password reset window will appear with the email address entered in the "Reset Password" field.


Verify the password and click RESET.


Reset Password for a Global Administrator or Standard User Account

To reset the password for the Global Administrator or Standard User account:

  1. Make sure the checkbox "Login as Business Administrator" is not checked.
  2. Enter the Network User name in the "Network User name" field.
  3. Click Forget Password?


The password reset window will appear with the email address entered in the "Reset Password" field.


Verify the password and click RESET.


The system will send you a temporary password in the email address associated with the account. Use the temporary password to login and change the password to a new password.
