Morro Data offers a 3-year hardware warranty on Morro CacheDrives and xCache Expansion Units starting from the date of purchase.
Morro Data offers a 15-days no-hassle return. The returned product must be in the condition you received. It must also be in the original packaging with all the included accessories. Include your original receipt with the product and ship it back to us in 15 days from the date you receive the product. We will refund you using the original payment method.
To complete your no-hassle return, please go to your order URL in original order email and request refund online.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method, within 10 business days.
The monthly storage subscription fee, if any, is not refundable.

Defective Product Exchanges
A defective product may be returned if still under warranty. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number by contacting Customer Support before returning a defective product. Products returned without an Return Authorization number will not be processed and will be returned to you.
