If you are experiencing issues with any of your devices, contact Customer Support and our support team will help you resolve your issues. Morro Data devices come with a 3 year standard hardware warranty starting from the date of purchase. If we determine that the device is not functioning properly, we will initiate our RMA process to exchange your device. For more information on our warranty policy and returns policy, please see our Terms of Service.


Standard Support

  1. Customer ships the defective unit back to Morro Data using their own shipping method.
  2. Upon receipt of the defective unit, Morro Data will send a replacement device by UPS Ground.
  3. Expedited shipping available at extra cost.


Premium Support

  1. Morro Data will send a replacement device by UPS 2nd Day once the RMA form is completed.
  2. Customer ships the defective unit back to Morro Data using their own shipping method.
  3. Expedited shipping available at extra cost.


If we do not receive the defective device within 30 days of the replacement shipping date, we will charge you for the full value of the device on the credit card we have on file with your account.
