If you are experiencing issues with any of your devices, contact our Customer Support and our support team will help you resolve your issues. Morro Data devices come with a 3 year standard hardware warranty starting from the date of purchase. If we determine that the device is not functioning properly, we will initiate our RMA process to exchange your device. For more information on our warranty policy and returns policy, please see our Terms of Service.


If you contact us before 3pm, we will be able to ship out the device to you the same day with 3 day shipping. You can upgrade to overnight shipping for an additional charge.


We will be sending you an advanced replacement device which means you are receiving the device before sending back the non-functioning device. The package will include a shipping label and an RMA form. Please use the shipping label and packaging to return your device. If we do not receive your device within 30 days of the replacement shipping date, then we will charge you for the full value of the device on the credit card we have on file with your account.
