All class of users (Business Admin, Global Admin, and Standard Users) can change its own Email in Profile management


Email Change in user Profile


  1. Login as with your own user credential (note: Business Admin needs to check the 'check box' to login as Business Administrator).
  2. Go to Profile page by clicking the drop-down on the upper-right corner and then go to General Info panel.
  3. In the Email field type the new email address you want to change to then click SAVE.
  4. Now go to the new email account and following the link to confirm email change by enter Password and CONFIRM.






Alternatively Business Admin or Global Admins can change Email for a Standard User.

(Business Admin or a Global AdminĀ can change Email for another Global Admin if there are more than one Global Admin).


Email Change by Administrators


1. Login as Business Admin or Global Admin

2. Go to TEAM page and then in the USER panel select the User that you want to change Email for.

3. In User Details panel type new Email and then click SAVE.

4. Now go to the new email account and following the link to confirm email change by enter Password and CONFIRM.





Note: Once an email is changed, the email old email address and new email address are not available to be used in the account until the user confirms the email change.
