HowTo: Reset File(s)/Folder(s) ownership and permission on CacheDrive.


In an event that you need to reset the File(s) and Sub Folder(s) ownership and permission on CacheDrive, you will need to use the Windows Client' Advance Security Properties tab to make changes with "Admin" Account.   MCM UI' "Reset Folder Permission" button will revert your previous changes of Top Level Share Setting, however, it will not recursively change/modify the files and Subfolders ownership and permission.    If you run into issues, please feel free to contact our support team at anytime.
